It looks like those bastards at Facebook read from the book of marketing and decided to use their heads for once…
Here’s the scoop.
While most of you use the so called “Facebook app” on your phones ( assuming you are on Facebook of course ) you wouldn’t have any complaints about it. However, some of us here using it on Android devices are up to our necks in an app as useful as tits on a bull.
Even the head honchos at Facebook HQ know how useless this version of the app is.
And they’re not taking our complaints lightly either. Word in the streets is management has forced a large number of the Facebook app team to switch to android devices and experience the horror of the creation first hand.
I’ll bet my first born child this was a move in the right direction.
Nothing creates empathy with your customers more than “walking a mile in their shoes”. Especially when you’re writing copy.
Once you understand what it feels like to grapple with your prospect’s problems you can craft an emotionally engaging pitch your prospect can’t resist.
And while it’s not always possible to do this, you can pretty damn close with through research. Or just watching videos online of people in your market speaking. Using emotional cues to find the best emotional buttons to press.
Or just talking to people in your market or reading their forums and blogs.
That’s all for today.
If you want me to make sure your copy is so empathetic your prospect would be convinced you actually stole their shoes and walked a mile in them( whatever size they are ), then hit me over at:
Or email me at:
And let’s craft a killer pitch for your service.
Till the next wave of madness…
