Prostitution is called the oldest profession in the world for a reason.
The idea of women charging men for sex has been recorded throughout history and some of these “enterprising young women” have even been depicted in ancient Greek paintings, and even the bible. I wouldn’t be surprised to find an ancient caveman drawing of a woman being given a mammoth fur coat for 10 minutes of pre-historic sexy time.
You don’t have to be total genius to see prostitution just plain works. Some of these women have a waiting list longer than your average department store check-out queue.
And, if you’re smart you can steal some of the sales methods call girls and hookers use. And implement them to put your bottom line on premium grade Russian steroids, without the disqualification.
Here are 4 major reasons why I think hookers actually have a viable business model:
1- They sell to their target market
Have you ever seen a hooker selling to a woman? I haven’t. Not saying it doens’t ever happen but as far as I’m concerned these girls focus their efforts on selling to men.
Why?
Because that’s where the money is. That’s where the money’s always been and their not going to waste their time selling to people who clearly don’t want their offer. And in most cases would be offended by it.
You should find out who you’re selling to. And focus on selling to them. Don’t worry about anyone else. They wouldn’t buy from you if you got on your knees and begged them while kissing their feet.
2- They know where to find their customers
If you go out at night to the “red light district”, you’ll be sure to find a large number of ladies at work there. Almost as if they’re answering some mythical psychic voice calling for them to hang out at street corners, bars, nightclubs and shady parts of Craig’s list because their mighty pimp-god will fall from the sky and bless their efforts with a playful slap on their asses.
But on a more serious note, the girls hang out here because they know this is where the men first when they’d like to engage in financial transaction with them.
These girls already have “the bait”, all they need to do is to go where the fish like to swim. And they’ll catch.
This is just like how you should aim to advertise where your prospects like to hang out. Selling to sports fans? Advertise on sports sites and sports magazines.
Selling to women? Cosmopolitan and other women’s magazines.
Selling to men? FHM and Men’s health.
3- They know how to advertise their service for a strong emotional response
I shouldn’t even be explaining this!
It’s right there for all of us to see… damn. Seriously. Look at that them.
The view… It’s… so amazing… wow…
Ahem… Sorry about that.( I am a guy and even I take a moment to appreciate a woman who dresses to turn me on. Even if she just wants to suck the life out of my wallet ).
Now getting back on topic, the ladies at work like dressing in increasingly skimpy and revealing outfits while they’re out on a prowl. This is no coincidence. They know what their customers are looking for, and they know how to “advertise it”.
They also know how the decision to buy is an emotional decision. Not logical.
Very few men have ever paid a hooker because of a fully rational decision process. You aren’t going to see a man make a logical decision to whip his wallet out and pay her to bend down.
Almost all the time, the guys pay the hookers because they’re horny. At that point they’ve thrown all logic and common sense out the window and will plow the first girl they set their eyes on. Even the ugly ones.
These girls dress to evoke a strong emotional reaction from their customers.
And that’s how you should be advertising your services. Aim to strike at your prospect’s emotional hot points in your sales pitch.
4- They have a good offer
All prostitutes have a simple, no nonsense offer.
You pay her, you fuck her.
Some of them offer additional services along with that offer but in general, that’s as simple as it’s going to get. And their customers know this.
They enter the transaction knowing exactly what’s on the menu. There’s very little guesswork when it comes what they’re buying and this speeds the transaction up big time.
You need a primary offer in your business. The base minimum thing they can whip their wallets and toss their cash at you for. Even if it’s just a trial, or a small portion of the main product. Something to get them into the door so you can make more money from them in the back-end( you do have a back end, right? )
That’s all. If you have any more tips you think I left out, let me know in the comments. Share this article with anyone you know needs to read this. Just make sure they have a sense of humour before sending it to them.
